Project Overview

Fire & Oak is a signature restaurant and bar concept that fuses elevated American cuisine with a bold, modern atmosphere. Our team was contracted to execute the project from the ground up, transforming a raw site into a fully operational, high-end dining destination. With a strong emphasis on ambiance, flow, and functionality, this project demanded precision in both design execution and construction delivery.

Scope of Work

The scope included full site development, structural framing, utility integration, and high-performance MEP systems tailored for a high-volume restaurant environment. We also oversaw the installation of commercial-grade kitchen equipment, bar infrastructure, and a custom-designed dining layout with open-concept elements to enhance the guest experience.

Design & Finishes

Fire & Oak’s interior design features a blend of natural materials, warm woods, industrial metal accents, and sophisticated lighting. From custom millwork to polished concrete floors and acoustic treatments, every element was selected to reflect the brand's upscale-yet-approachable identity. The bar area includes specialty tilework, ambient lighting, and seamless transitions to outdoor patio seating.

Challenges & Solutions

Working within a tight project timeline and coordinating with multiple vendors, our team ensured phased delivery aligned with equipment lead times and health code inspections. Strategic planning and proactive communication allowed us to deliver the project on schedule without compromising quality or design integrity.
