Scope of Work

This ground-up build included full site preparation, foundation and structural concrete work, advanced framing systems, and the seamless integration of high-efficiency HVAC, smart-home technology, and impact-rated glazing. The residence features expansive living spaces, a custom-designed pool, outdoor entertainment areas, and floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize natural light while preserving privacy.

Design & Materials
