Scope of Work

Fortino Construction managed all aspects of the development, including land clearing, site grading, infrastructure installation, utility coordination, and vertical construction. Each unit was built with structural efficiency and long-term durability in mind, incorporating energy-efficient systems, smart home features, and open-concept layouts tailored to today's homeowners.

Design & Features

The townhomes feature contemporary architecture with classic accents to complement the surrounding neighborhood. Interior finishes include hardwood flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and designer lighting. Exteriors are finished with a mix of stone veneer, fiber-cement siding, and architectural shingles, creating a cohesive and attractive streetscape.

Challenges & Solutions

Navigating regional zoning regulations and environmental requirements was a key challenge early in the project. Our team worked closely with local authorities and civil engineers to ensure compliance while optimizing site density and preserving green space. Despite supply chain pressures, proactive procurement strategies allowed us to maintain construction timelines and deliver all units on schedule.
